At Rise Again Apparel Co., we take pride in delivering high-quality products as efficiently and transparently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Domestic (U.S.): 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days (varies by destination)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or international equivalents depending on location and availability.
Carrier selection is determined automatically to ensure the most efficient delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier before contacting us.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Rise Again Apparel Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with a carrier claim where applicable.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We will evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
